"I cannot live on 100 open tabs and a moleskine alone."  -March 26, 2008

This wiki is a mashup repository for my own ideas and those of people thinking about similar topics.  Disclaimer:  I have lots of websites where I publish for public consumption, but this space is for me and may or may not make sense to an outsider at any given point in time.

Potential topics of interest:

  • San Diego tech community:  There's a lot of cool people in San Diego.  Here's how to find them.
  • Attention management:  The problems I'm experiencing with Web 2.0 and how I'm trying to get more out of my time.
  • Personal Unit Testing:  By nature of living online, just about everything I do is recorded and therefore can be measured.  I have a vision to start learning from my lifestream by combining these metrics with hober's personal unit testing and be able to browse the results within the context of my life with Dipity's timeline.
  • Diet optimization:  After much research, I've gone through an enormous amount of dietary changes recently.  I don't have a wealth of info up yet, but it's a start.
  • Boondocking:  Frugality + wanderlust + technology.  This is currently my greatest inspiration.
  • Wordpress:  This page mostly consists of trendspotting and functionality I plan on including in my blog Real Soon Now (tm)
  • Barcamp:  A collection of thoughts and links around barcamp culture.  There might also be a few details specifically regarding plans for BarCamp San Diego.
  • Schwag:  Schwag is more than just a promotional item, it's a form of self-expression.
  • Events:  Where I'm going and where I'd like to be.  This is probably the page I update the most.
  • Me:  Sure there's some contact info and crap like that, but mostly I use this page to brainstorm about who I am.  Which is an incredibly scary concept, if you think about it...
